Business Enterprise - "DBE"
The purpose
of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's Certified and
Prequalified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs),
Certified Material Suppliers, Certified Related Services
and Certified Consultant Directory is to assist potential
contractors in their efforts to identify and utilize DBEs
that are participating in the Cabinet's DBE program. These
firms are certified in accordance with 49 Code of Federal
Regulations Part 26 (49 CFR 26).

one or more such individuals; and

controlled by one or more of the socially and economically
disadvantaged individuals who own it.
